31 January 2023 at 00:43 Search operation for woman in Alta The police in Finnmark have launched a search operation for a woman in her 30s in the hiking area east of Aspemyra. The woman is said to have left her home at 6pm on Monday to go for a walk in the area by Skogvannet. She was reported missing by relatives at 11pm. – We have implemented large police patrols and forces with a task leader, as well as that we get help from civilian rescue groups such as the Red Cross and Norwegian rescue dogs, says operations manager Theodor Weberg-Ellingsen at the Police in Finnmark.
