PcComponentes Enters the Low-Cost Telecommunication Scene

In the midst of the operators’ war to offer low-cost rates, the Murcian company PcComponentes has made a significant entry into the telecommunications sector. Teaming up with Likes Telecom, a company dedicated to creating telecommunications brands alongside XFERA MÓVILES (MásOrange), PcComponentes introduces competitive fiber and mobile plans for its customers.

A New Participant

Now available on the PcComponentes website are three distinct fiber and mobile packages, alongside mobile line options designed to cater to various consumer needs. The company emphasizes its commitment to customer service, assuring users that their support will stand out in this competitive landscape.

The Rates

Upon launching, PcComponentes has unveiled three key mobile and fiber plans:

For those solely interested in mobile lines, here are the options:

  • 30 GB Mobile Line for €6.90/month.
  • 100 GB Mobile Line for €13.90/month.
  • Unlimited Mobile Line for €19.90/month.

All mobile plans come equipped with MásOrange 5G coverage, unlimited national calls, Roaming Zone 1 within the EU, the option for eSIM, and the ability to accumulate data without long-term commitments.

The Conditions

PcComponentes has set a six-month minimum tenure only for certain rates, which are contingent upon service quality. Should users experience more than two connection failures attributable to the operator, the contract may be terminated.

Moreover, plans under the Hyperuser rate provide assurances; if an issue arises due to operator failure, no payment for that month will be required from the customer.

Promotions and Discounts

As part of its new offerings, PcComponentes promises access to exclusive discounts on its website for customers utilizing its fiber and mobile services. While details on these discounts remain vague, they hint at potential savings for loyal users.

The Challenge Ahead

As Digi continues to dominate the low-cost sector, PcComponentes faces stiff competition. Digi has been retaining most customer transfers in Spain, drawing users away from major players like Telefónica, MásOrange, and Vodafone. PcComponentes now steps into a cutthroat environment where it must differentiate itself against established providers like Lowi, Simyo, and Finetwork.

With its unique approach and focus on customer satisfaction, it will be interesting to see how PcComponentes’ foray into low-cost telecommunications evolves in the rapidly changing market landscape.
