A car and a lorry have collided on national highway 3 in Stor-Elvdal. The driver of the car was freed by the fire service. The driver was conscious and was taken to hospital for treatment. The extent of the damage is not known. The lorry is blocking the entire road, and the road will be closed for a period. The driver of the cargo appears uninjured, according to the police. The Norwegian Public Roads Administration reports that it may take time before national highway 3 opens at Stai bridge between Koppang and Rena. Heavy vehicles are asked to choose E6, while passenger cars have a detour on Fv 30 from Tynset and on Fv 215 from Rena.
