Israel carried out airstrikes on Thursday, targeting over  40 military installations in Iran , including the  heavy water reactor in Arak , the  Natanz nuclear site , and various facilities linked to the Iranian regime’s missile program. According to the  Israel Defense Forces (IDF) ,  40 fighter jets participated  in the operation, deploying more than  100 guided munitions . The primary objective was to disrupt components associated with  plutonium production  and the development of nuclear weapons.

Hours later,  Iran retaliated by launching approximately 30 ballistic missiles  into Israeli territory, impacting cities such as  Holon, Ramat Gan, and Beersheba .

In Holon,  a residential building partially collapsed  after a direct hit. Emergency teams reported that at least  three individuals were critically wounded , with two more suffering moderate injuries and several dozen experiencing light injuries. Firefighters confirmed that no one was trapped under the rubble.

One missile struck the  Soroka Hospital in Beersheba , the main medical center in southern Israel, causing significant structural damage. Although no fatalities were reported within the hospital, several patients were evacuated as a precaution. President  Isaac Herzog  condemned the attack, labeling it a  “deliberate” act against civilians , emphasizing that “a baby in intensive care, a mother at their side, and a doctor among the beds were some of the targets of the Iranian regime.”

The conflict has escalated into a critical phase, directly affecting civilian lives, medical infrastructure, and urban areas. The IDF remains on high alert and continues to urge the public to stay near shelters.
