The emergency services responded to a report of a fire in a terraced house in the center of Haugesund at around 02.38 on Thursday night. Then you could see open flames on the spot. – We have evacuated residents of the house and nearby homes, operations manager Roger Litlatun in the Sør-West police district tells news. All residents must have got out, he adds. – A total of eight people have been evacuated to a nearby hotel. Everyone is in good health, and no one should be injured, says Litlatun.
