He asserted from the podium that no American partnership is about delimiting another country. He calls on the UN General Assembly to stop what he calls Russia’s “naked aggression” in Ukraine. The extract states that if the UN does not intervene, the independence of all the world’s countries could be in danger. – We must stand up against this naked aggression today to be able to fend off other aggressors who may appear tomorrow, says Biden according to the White House.
