27 September 2023 at 13:32 Nagorno-Karabakh’s former prime minister arrested Azerbaijan arrested the former prime minister of Nagarno-Karabakh, Ruben Vardanjan, on Wednesday. He was arrested when he tried to cross the border into Armenia together with thousands of other Armenians. Azerbaijani authorities have published a photo of Varanjan on Telegram. The photo was allegedly taken after he was arrested.
