Current Weather Forecast for Turkey: A Comprehensive Overview

The latest evaluations from the  Turkish Meteorological Agency (MGM)  indicate that the  eastern regions  are expected to experience  partly cloudy  conditions with occasional  very cloudy  skies. Specifically, the eastern part of  Eastern Anatolia  (excluding Iğdır) and the surroundings of  Muğla  are predicted to have localized  showers  and  thunderstorms  this evening. Meanwhile, the rest of the country is anticipated to remain  mostly clear  with a few clouds.

Temperature and Wind Conditions

Across Turkey, the  air temperature  is projected to remain above the seasonal norms. The wind will generally come from the  north , while in the  Eastern Mediterranean  and  Southeastern Anatolia , south winds are expected to be  light to moderate .

Marmara Region

The Marmara region is forecasted to be  partly and slightly cloudy . The specific weather conditions include:

–  EDİRNE:  Low of 15°C, High of 36°C

–  KIRKLARELİ:  Low of 15°C, High of 33°C

Aegean Region

The Aegean region will also have  partly and slightly cloudy  conditions, with  localized thunderstorms  expected in the vicinity of  Muğla  later in the evening.

Mediterranean Region

The Mediterranean region will likely experience  clear skies  with a few clouds.

Central Anatolia Region

Central Anatolia is expected to remain  clear  with minimal cloud cover.

Western Black Sea Region

The Western Black Sea Region is predicted to be  clear  with  minimal cloud cover .

–  BOLU:  Low of 12°C, High of 29°C
–  DÜZCE:  Low of 17°C, High of 30°C
–  SİNOP:  Low of 17°C, High of 30°C
–  ZONGULDAK:  Low of 16°C, High of 24°C

Central and Eastern Black Sea Regions

Both the Central and Eastern Black Sea regions are expected to have  clear skies .

–  AMASYA:  Low of 12°C, High of 34°C
–  RİZE:  Low of 17°C, High of 25°C
–  SAMSUN:  Low of 16°C, High of 26°C
–  TRABZON:  Low of 18°C, High of 23°C

Eastern Anatolia Region

The eastern part of Anatolia will remain  mostly clear , but will see  localized showers  and  thunderstorms  in areas such as  Kars ,  Ardahan ,  Ağrı ,  Van ,  Bitlis ,  Muş , and  Hakkari .

Southeastern Anatolia Region

The Southeastern Anatolia region is expected to be  clear and sunny  throughout the day.

–  MARDİN:  Low of 22°C, High of 35°C
–  ŞANLIURFA:  Low of 25°C, High of 39°C
