Amnesty International calls Israel to “immediately give up any project to annex the Gaza Strip and a massive forced displacement of Palestinians”
Amnesty International called on the Israeli government on Wednesday to “Give up immediately” to the project to expand the military operation in the Gaza Strip announced on Monday, which provides for the “Conquest” of the enclave as well as the forced displacement of the Palestinians.

Amnesty International also condemns the Israeli project of “Control and militarize” the distribution of humanitarian aid in the enclave. “Any attempt to militarize humanitarian aid, to use it to force forced trips or to establish discriminatory aid distribution areas would violate international law and must be rejected”declares Mme Guevara-Rosas.
The NGO has also reiterated its appeal to the release of hostages detained in the Palestinian territory, believing that Israel “Seems to use the release of hostages as a pretext to justify the crimes and violations of rights committed against the Palestinians, as well as his genocide in the Gaza Strip”.
