In May 2025, the Renault Clio retained its crown with 9,737 units sold, far ahead of the Peugeot 208 (6,061 units) and the Dacia Sandero (5,741 units). This trio illustrates the  French consumers’ loyalty to city cars . Following closely are the Peugeot 2008, the Citroën C3, and the Dacia Duster, confirming the dominance of French brands, with  no foreign models making it to the top 10 this month .

For the cumulative sales of the first five months of 2025, the Renault Clio (42,672 units) continues to lead over the Peugeot 208 (32,907 units) and the Dacia Sandero (28,441 units).

Ford Fiesta: The Legend Rises Again as an Electric Vehicle

BMW is preparing a revolution in its SUV range with the fifth generation of the X5, expected in 2026.
