Disregarding his 4-year-old niece, he unleashed terror with a sidewalk stone! Teknomers.

The incident that unfolded in  Fatih , Istanbul on June 7th, 2023, around 7:00 PM, has sent shockwaves through the community. Ebubekir Baran was reportedly spending time with his child, who has been granted temporary custody to his mother by the courts. After picking up the child in  Cibali Mahallesi , Baran was en route to return the child to his mother, Lamia B. (62), accompanied by a friend, Hüseyin K. (34). However, as they turned onto the street leading to their home, they were unexpectedly  attacked .

Despite having a  restraining order  against him,  Muhammed Can S.  arrived at the scene carrying a  paving stone . Without warning, he smashed the windows of Baran’s vehicle and then hurled the stone at him, injuring Baran’s  arm . In a harrowing moment, the young child inside the vehicle witnessed the violence, leaving them in a state of sheer terror as Baran and his companions fled the scene in fear for their lives.

SORUŞTURMA BAŞLATILDI

Baran sought medical attention and obtained a  report  documenting his injuries. Following this, he, along with his mother and friend, reported the incident at a local police station, where they formally filed a complaint. The Istanbul Republic Prosecutor’s Office has since launched an investigation into the assailant, focusing on charges of “ intentional injury ” and “ damage to property .” Authorities are actively pursuing efforts to apprehend the suspect.

In a poignant statement, Baran expressed that he had been living in fear, stating that the  judicial decisions  meant to protect him had not been upheld. “I am turning to my state for protection,” he remarked, underscoring the stress and uncertainty he now faces.
