Within just four weeks, she managed to sleep for seven to nine hours a night. But that’s not all! “ I genuinely feel so rested. I’ve lost over five kilograms, my skin is clearer, and I’ve said goodbye to bloating. The pants I couldn’t fit into before? Now they’re too big! ” she declares.

Moreover, these profound changes directly impact her mentality. “ I feel so much better mentally, calmer, more serene, and honestly, lighter. Not just in my body but also in my mind; I feel like I’ve taken control back, ” she admits candidly without feeling deprived. “ I’m not restricting myself; I listen to my body. I’m not starving myself or eliminating  carbohydrates ; I simply eat more intuitively, nourishing my body with foods that make me feel good, ” she adds straightforwardly, mentioning chicken with hummus and apple slices or protein pancakes with fruit. “ It’s really delicious, and I never feel like I’m missing out on anything, ” she insists to reassure anyone willing to listen.
