A man in his 20s who has worked as a conductor in VY is under investigation after a number of train stops in Eastern Norway. The Oslo police confirm that in March they received a review from VY against a former employee: – On the basis of the report, the police have conducted an investigation into the relationship. Police do not suspect that the train stops have caused damage to people, but say they look very seriously at the relationship. – Train is important for the infrastructure of society. Stopping them entails high socio -economic costs, says the police lawyer. – Not exclusively technical errors. The common train stops are that they have happened without a natural explanation being revealed afterwards. The investigation testifies that the problems were not due to the trains, says the police lawyer: – Based on what we have of information now, this is not due to exclusively technical errors. The police do not want to comment on how many unwanted incidents are about, or how the conductor should have sabotaged the train sets. He has explained himself to the police, and does not admit criminal charges, says Budal. The man has previously been unpunished, news’s investigations show. After internal investigations, we chose to report the case to the police, who are now investigating this.
