The budget crisis can thus be averted for the time being. But the crisis is not quite over. The Senate must also adopt the proposal to avoid a shutdown of the federal government and the layoff of over 2 million employees. The dispute is now, among other things, about money to be allocated to the war in Ukraine. In the adopted proposal, there is a further allowance of NOK 60 billion which has not been included. The Senate meets now.
