Today the trial started in Hordaland district court in Bergen against a female teacher. In 2021 and 2022, the teacher allegedly sent several sexualized nude videos and pictures via Snapchat to four boys she was a teacher for. The woman was topless, or danced scantily clad in the videos. – On Snapchat, she has sent, among other things, a video from a solarium, one from a bed and one where she danced scantily clad, prosecutor and police lawyer Eli Valheim said in court. The woman pleads not guilty. Alleged to have threatened a student with a knock The boys were aged 13 and 14 and the woman was a teacher at a secondary school in the Bergen area. At one point, the teacher allegedly tried to bribe one of the students with a grade six, if he did not show the videos to anyone. The tone then allegedly changed and the teacher threatened the student with sending people after him if he showed the videos to anyone. – When she said that, I got scared and blocked her on Snapchat. It was very disgusting to be at school and have her as a teacher then. I didn’t want to come to school anymore, the boy said in questioning. – What were you afraid of? asked the police officer who questioned the boy. – I was afraid someone would beat me. She had previously shown me videos of men she had included who were very large with lots of muscles. It is expected that the accused woman will explain herself in court on Tuesday. She pleads not guilty. It was then a head of department at the secondary school who contacted the police, following rumors that pupils had seen nude photos of a female teacher in her 30s. The police first investigated whether students had hacked the teacher’s phone. – The victims experienced that they were initially accused of having done something wrong in the police investigation, said Wallevik. Photo: Oskar Rennedal / news Pupils invited to his home In court, police prosecutor Valheim told that two pupils were at one time at the teacher’s house. The reason, so-called “sexual education”, according to Valheim. She told the court how at this time one of the boys had got a girlfriend, and was then to receive “sexual education” from the teacher. At the teacher’s home, one of the teenage boys was told that he would be allowed to touch the woman in her 30s. According to the boys, the teacher had at one point said that they could come to her house to receive sex education. At a later stage, the boys had been on a playground, when they decided to send a message to the teacher asking if it was okay for them to come to her house. – Right, she replied. We were at her house and had a Pepsi. Erik Johan Mjelde is a legal aid lawyer for one of the victims. In court, he also pointed out how unfortunate it was that the boys themselves were suspected. Photo: news Arranged questioning: – I didn’t understand anything The court was able to see recordings of arranged questioning of the offended children. In a hoodie and sweatpants, one of them turned up at the children’s home. With his arms crossed, the boy sat down in his chair and looked up at the police officer. – Remember that you are not here because you have done something wrong. You haven’t, said the police officer. After a chat about what the boy liked best, friends and boats, he carefully began to tell about the teacher. The female teacher is said to have added the boy on Snapchat early in the school year. – She added me on Snapchat and I added her back. It was very good when I asked about things about the school, and she answered, the boy said in questioning. Around Christmas time, communication changed. The teacher then allegedly sent what the police define as nude videos on Snapchat. – She stood in a bathroom and turned around. She was wearing only a black panty. She put her hands up on her breasts like this, said the boy, demonstrating. – People didn’t believe us – What did you think when you got the video? asked the police officer. – I didn’t understand anything. I thought it was a prank at first, but I had had her on Snapchat for a long time and knew it was her, answered the boy, who was then 13 years old. He added: – I thought I had to tell the principal, but the teacher said I couldn’t because then she would have ended up in prison for a long time. The boy said that he felt uncomfortable being around the teacher at school and that he did what he could to avoid her. – She always wanted to talk to me at school, but I said I didn’t want to. Then she said that I had a duty to talk to her because she was a teacher. Then I just ran away. Three days have been set aside for the trial in Hordaland district court. On the first day of the trial, a recording of the arranged questioning of the children was played. Photo: Oskar Rennedal / news During the interrogation, the boy is seen leaning forward on the chair and looking the police officer in the eyes. The 13-year-old then tells about how he found out that he was not the only one who had received such videos from the teacher, about how it was talked about among students at school and about how he himself and several of the boys who had received videos tried to say from. – People didn’t believe in us. But we understand the difference between play and seriousness. Hi! Do you have any tips for this, or other matters?
