He stated a little earlier this morning that they did not have full control of the fire, but were working to get control of the outer edge of the field where it was burning. He says that it is now very important that the dismissal ban is respected. At 1.15 p.m. Ringen stated that they are maintaining staffing of approx. one hour ahead, to carry out post-extinguishing. The crews are then gradually dismissed. At the same time, he sends a big thank you to Vestre Slidre municipality, which has provided catering during the extinguishing work.
