Pour enfin sortir du redressement judiciaire, les Girondins de Bordeaux et leur président Gérard Lopez sont venus défendre leur plan de continuation pour maintenir le club en vie. Ce plan prévoit de réduire la dette de 70 millions d’euros en la ramenant à 25 millions alors que le club totalise près de 94 millions d’euros de créances. Mais ce qui cristallisait l’attention et a mobilisé tous les micros tendus à la sortie de l’audience, c’est le projet d’Oliver Kahn.
Seul Laurent Cotret, l’avocat des Girondins, est venu s’exprimer face à la presse. Gérard Lopez, détendu comme à son habitude, n’a pas souhaité réagir. Cotret “demeure optimiste parce qu’on s’est donné les moyens de réussir”, a-t-il déclaré avant de charger le dossier déposé la veille par l’ancien gardien du Bayern Munich. “Est-ce que c’est un projet sérieux? Bien évidemment non mais ce n’est pas vraiment une surprise. Quand on vient à plusieurs reprises au tribunal de commerce par la porte de derrière et qu’on réapparait la veille de l’audience pour créer un trouble qui n’a pas échappé à la juridiction, tout cela est bizarre.”

Le tribunal de commerce a, de son côté, considéré l’offre de Kahn et demandé une nouvelle audience le 13 juin prochain. “Ce texte a paru étrange à beaucoup de personnes et pas qu’à nous”, continue d’argumenter Laurent Cotret. “Le timing aussi est étrange et le contenu encore plus. On ne peut pas dire qu’il y a une compétition entre nous, ce n’est pas comme ça que le tribunal le voit.”
À la question “Considérez-vous le projet Kahn comme hors-jeu?”, la réponse est lapidaire: “Est-ce qu’il est déjà entré dans le jeu? Il est hors-jeu! Très sérieusement, on a pris le temps de lire le dossier et il parle de lui-même.” Le clan Kahn se défend de n’avoir eu accès à aucune ligne de compte des Girondins. L’offre de 15 millions est augmentable et l’ancienne star du Bayern n’exclut pas d’injecter plus d’argent s’il le faut. Pour l’instant, il n’y a aucune preuve du financement de son projet.

“Pour l’instant ce que je peux dire sur ce projet c’est que les conditions de recevabilité n’y sont pas”, poursuit l’avocat des Girondins. “On a eu moult discussions avec Oliver Kahn et ses conseils. Enfin des tentatives de discussion puisqu’on leur a demandé de mettre du concret sur la table et que ce concret n’est jamais venu.”
