Il égrène évidences et amalgames, et recycle quelques idées anciennes. Ironiquement, celles-ci étaient portées par l’Observatoire de la laïcité, supprimé depuis. Entre autres, la facilitation de l’inhumation en France des musulmans, le contrôle des flux financiers étrangers ou les formations à la laïcité.
Ce document n’est pas à la hauteur du problème et ne nous apprend rien. Avant même d’avoir pris connaissance du rapport, de nombreux médias ont repris in extenso des réactions lunaires et hors sujet, contribuant ainsi à forger un récit du réel très éloigné de la réalité.
