When the main hearing was held earlier in March, the defendant pleaded not guilty. According to the judgment, he believes that he is exposed to a plot where the offended and several of the witnesses have joined forces to take him. The court did not trust the man’s explanation, and made the offender’s explanation as the basis for the decision. The court believes that the offender’s explanation is supported by witness statements from the accused’s former cohabitants.
