Gillis r\u00e9pond au rapport d\u00e9pos\u00e9 par son ex-petite amie.<\/p>\n<article class=\"embed-block\">\n<section class=\"web-embed body-style body-style--s1 embed-block__content\"\/><\/article>\n<aside aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"banner banner--wsc-r1 banner--hide-double-column\"\/>\n<div class=\"textblock paragraph\">\n<p>&#8220;L&#8217;accord contient \u00e9galement des \u00e9l\u00e9ments que Mme Kremers elle-m\u00eame souhaitait y inclure, comme une voiture qu&#8217;elle souhaitait. Cela ne ressemble certainement pas \u00e0 un accord coercitif, bien au contraire&#8221;, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 l&#8217;avocat Danny Snijders.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"textblock paragraph\">\n<p>L\u2019ambiance avant, pendant et apr\u00e8s la signature de l\u2019accord serait \u00e9galement bonne.  Selon l&#8217;avocat, cela &#8220;ne ferait na\u00eetre le moindre soup\u00e7on d&#8217;aucune coercition&#8221;.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"textblock paragraph\">\n<p>Gillis a affirm\u00e9 fin septembre que Kremers lui devait 1,7 million d&#8217;euros parce qu&#8217;elle n&#8217;avait pas respect\u00e9 l&#8217;accord de r\u00e8glement.  Par exemple, elle a parl\u00e9 de leur relation en public, m\u00eame si cela n&#8217;aurait pas \u00e9t\u00e9 autoris\u00e9 en vertu de l&#8217;accord.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"textblock paragraph\">\n<p>Le juge des premi\u00e8res mesures a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 vendredi dernier que Gillis n&#8217;avait pas suffisamment \u00e9tay\u00e9 sa demande de millions, mais il a \u00e9t\u00e9 autoris\u00e9 \u00e0 saisir les comptes priv\u00e9s de Kremers, entre autres, pour 104 000 euros par l&#8217;interm\u00e9diaire d&#8217;un huissier.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"textblock paragraph\">\n<p>Selon l&#8217;ex-petite amie du <em>La messe, c&#8217;est de l&#8217;argent<\/em>star, elle a sign\u00e9 l\u2019accord sous la contrainte.
