Un montant d&#8217;environ 13,5 millions de dollars (environ 12,8 millions d&#8217;euros) a \u00e9t\u00e9 convenu pour la vente, qui devrait \u00eatre finalis\u00e9e au quatri\u00e8me trimestre 2023.<\/p>\n<p>Le groupe franchit ainsi une nouvelle \u00e9tape vers un mod\u00e8le \u00e9conomique plus respectueux du capital et centr\u00e9 sur la marque principale Playboy.
