L\u2019Am\u00e9ricain de 34 ans aurait, entre autres, intimid\u00e9 sexuellement la chanteuse en herbe Emaza Gibson.<\/p>\n<article class=\"embed-block\">\n<section class=\"web-embed body-style body-style--s1 embed-block__content\"\/><\/article>\n<aside aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"banner banner--wsc-r1 banner--hide-double-column\"\/>\n<div class=\"textblock paragraph\">\n<p>Le chanteur de 25 ans raconte <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.nbcnews.com\/pop-culture\/pop-culture-news\/jason-derulo-sexual-harassment-lawsuit-rcna118871\" target=\"_blank\">Actualit\u00e9s NBC<\/a> que Derulo lui a propos\u00e9 un contrat d&#8217;enregistrement et lui a ensuite demand\u00e9 des relations sexuelles.  Apr\u00e8s qu&#8217;elle l&#8217;ait rejet\u00e9, il a retir\u00e9 son contrat.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"textblock paragraph\">\n<p>Gibson dit que la chanteuse l&#8217;a \u00e9galement invit\u00e9e \u00e0 d\u00eener \u00e0 plusieurs reprises.  Il lui aurait fait pression pour qu&#8217;elle boive de l&#8217;alcool.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"textblock paragraph\">\n<p>Lors d&#8217;une session d&#8217;enregistrement en 2022, Derulo l&#8217;aurait approch\u00e9e de mani\u00e8re agressive.  Apr\u00e8s cet incident, la chanteuse a coup\u00e9 tout contact avec elle. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"textblock paragraph\">\n<p>Gibson demande une somme d&#8217;argent dans le cadre du proc\u00e8s.  Elle n\u2019\u00e9tait pas enti\u00e8rement pay\u00e9e pour son travail et elle a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 avoir perdu des revenus \u00e0 cause du contrat avec Derulo.  Elle demande \u00e9galement des dommages-int\u00e9r\u00eats pour d\u00e9tresse \u00e9motionnelle.  \u00abJ&#8217;ai peur et je suis traumatis\u00e9e\u00bb, raconte le chanteur.  &#8220;J&#8217;ai v\u00e9cu des situations de travail inhumaines.
