Aux mois de juillet, ao\u00fbt et septembre, un logement existant a chang\u00e9 de mains pour une moyenne de 422 000 euros.<\/p>\n<article class=\"embed-block\">\n<section class=\"web-embed body-style body-style--s1 embed-block__content\"\/><\/article>\n<aside aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"banner banner--wsc-r1 banner--hide-double-column\"\/>\n<div class=\"textblock paragraph\">\n<p>C&#8217;est pr\u00e8s de 2 pour cent de plus qu&#8217;au deuxi\u00e8me trimestre de cette ann\u00e9e, selon les chiffres de l&#8217;Association n\u00e9erlandaise des agents immobiliers (NVM).  Le prix de vente moyen reste l\u00e9g\u00e8rement inf\u00e9rieur \u00e0 celui de la m\u00eame p\u00e9riode un an plus t\u00f4t.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"textblock paragraph\">\n<p>Les logements neufs se portent \u00e9galement bien mieux au troisi\u00e8me trimestre qu\u2019entre avril et juin.  Plus de 5 400 logements neufs ont \u00e9t\u00e9 vendus, soit 14 % de plus qu&#8217;au trimestre pr\u00e9c\u00e9dent.  Toutefois, le nombre de logements neufs vendus reste toujours \u00e0 un niveau historiquement bas.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<ul class=\"contentlist contentlist--teaser\"><!--[--><\/p>\n<li class=\"contentlist__item\"\/><!--]--><\/ul>\n<h2 class=\"textblock heading\"><!---->  Les acheteurs ont confiance dans le march\u00e9 <!----><\/h2>\n<div class=\"textblock paragraph\">\n<p>Selon Lana Gerssen, pr\u00e9sidente du d\u00e9partement NVM Housing, les chiffres montrent que les acheteurs ont confiance dans le march\u00e9.  &#8220;Mais nous constatons \u00e9galement que la p\u00e9nurie actuelle de logements s&#8217;est aggrav\u00e9e. Il y a 826 800 demandeurs de logement pour lesquels aucun logement n&#8217;est disponible.&#8221;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"textblock paragraph\">\n<p>Selon Gerssen, la NVM s&#8217;en inqui\u00e8te car cela ravive la concurrence entre les acheteurs.  &#8220;Cela signifie, par exemple, que les acheteurs surench\u00e9rissent plus souvent sur le prix demand\u00e9.&#8221;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"textblock paragraph\">\n<p>Selon les agents immobiliers, il reste encore beaucoup de chemin \u00e0 parcourir sur le march\u00e9 du logement.  &#8220;La seule fa\u00e7on d&#8217;absorber cela est de construire&#8221;, explique Gerssen.  &#8220;En ville, \u00e0 la campagne et pour tous les groupes de demandeurs de logement.
