Il est r\u00e9v\u00e9lateur de constater \u00e0 quel point le go\u00fbt devient bien plus int\u00e9ressant qu&#8217;avec une seule qualit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"subheadline\">Tarte aux champignons<\/h3>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">(t\u00f4le)<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\"><strong>Fond de tarte :<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">125 g de beurre<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">100 g de margarine de cuisson<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">6 \u00bc dl de farine d&#8217;\u00e9peautre<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">\u00bd cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de sel<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">\u00be dl d&#8217;eau glac\u00e9e<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\"><strong>Remplissage:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">un bon 2 l de champignons forestiers, par exemple endives, champignons de Paris, chardons clairs, girolles<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">2 oignons jaunes<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de beurre<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">300 g de fromage savoureux (par exemple gryere)<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\"><strong>Cr\u00e8me aux \u0153ufs :<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">4 dl de cr\u00e8me de cuisson<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">3 oeufs<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de thym hach\u00e9<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de sel<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">\u00bd cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de poivre noir<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">1. Coupez le beurre et la margarine en cubes.  Mesurez la farine et le sel dans un bol.  M\u00e9langez rapidement les graisses \u00e0 la farine \u00e0 la main jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce que la p\u00e2te ait une consistance friable.  Ajouter de l&#8217;eau et m\u00e9langer rapidement \u00e0 la fourchette.  Presser sur le fond et les c\u00f4t\u00e9s d&#8217;une plaque \u00e0 p\u00e2tisserie recouverte de papier sulfuris\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">2. Faire revenir les champignons sauvages et l&#8217;oignon \u00e9minc\u00e9 dans le beurre.  R\u00e2per le fromage.Pr\u00e9parer le m\u00e9lange \u0153ufs-cr\u00e8me en fouettant bien tous les ingr\u00e9dients.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">3. \u00c9talez sur le fond de tarte la moiti\u00e9 du fromage r\u00e2p\u00e9, puis le m\u00e9lange champignons-oignons et enfin saupoudrez dessus le reste du fromage r\u00e2p\u00e9.  Versez sur le m\u00e9lange de cr\u00e8me aux \u0153ufs.
