La bi\u00e8re est l&#8217;\u0153uvre de la brasserie Takatalo &#038; Tompuri situ\u00e9e dans le golfe estonien de Kymenlaakso.  Ils dirigent l&#8217;entreprise familiale <strong>Mikko<\/strong> et <strong>Marjo Suur-Uski<\/strong>.  L&#8217;orge malt\u00e9e et l&#8217;avoine utilis\u00e9es dans la bi\u00e8re de la brasserie fermi\u00e8re proviennent de ses propres champs.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">450 bi\u00e8res diff\u00e9rentes provenant de 53 brasseries diff\u00e9rentes avaient \u00e9t\u00e9 inscrites au concours.  Parmi les bi\u00e8res annonc\u00e9es, les gagnants de la s\u00e9rie de concours ont \u00e9t\u00e9 s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9s par un jury de plus de cinquante personnes et parmi ceux-ci, avec l&#8217;aide du jury final international, la meilleure bi\u00e8re de Finlande 2023.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">Le jury final \u00e9tait compos\u00e9 de professionnels finlandais et internationaux de la bi\u00e8re.  Le pr\u00e9sident \u00e9tait un juge international de bi\u00e8re exp\u00e9riment\u00e9. <strong>Andr\u00e9 Brunnsberg<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">&#8211; Dans le concours, toutes les bi\u00e8res sont sur la m\u00eame ligne, car elles sont jug\u00e9es compl\u00e8tement \u00e0 l&#8217;aveugle, explique le directeur du concours, pr\u00e9sident de l&#8217;Association de la bi\u00e8re. <strong>Anik\u00f3 Lehtinen<\/strong> dans le bulletin.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">&#8211; Nous ne publions pas les noms des brasseries participant au concours, afin que nos juges n&#8217;aient pas d&#8217;id\u00e9es pr\u00e9con\u00e7ues sur les bi\u00e8res.  De cette fa\u00e7on, seul le go\u00fbt de la bi\u00e8re d\u00e9cide.  Nos juges repr\u00e9sentent largement le go\u00fbt de la bi\u00e8re finlandaise : il y a des passionn\u00e9s, l&#8217;industrie de la restauration et du commerce de d\u00e9tail, les m\u00e9dias de la bi\u00e8re ainsi que les amateurs de bi\u00e8re qui d\u00e9butent leur hobby.
