Que<a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/NaeemPanjuthaa\/status\/1696432692743774218\" target=\"_blank\"> rapporte son avocat Naeem Panjutha<\/a> sur la plateforme X, anciennement Twitter.  Bien que la Haute Cour d&#8217;Islamabad Khan ait accord\u00e9 une lib\u00e9ration sous caution, il n&#8217;est pas clair si cette d\u00e9cision conduira \u00e0 sa lib\u00e9ration.  Apr\u00e8s tout, plusieurs autres accusations \u2013 de la fraude au terrorisme \u2013 p\u00e8sent sur sa t\u00eate.<\/p>\n<p>D\u00e9but ao\u00fbt, Khan a \u00e9t\u00e9 condamn\u00e9 \u00e0 trois ans de prison dans une affaire de corruption impliquant l&#8217;enregistrement frauduleux et la revente de cadeaux \u00e9trangers \u2013 accusations dont Khan a fait appel.  Cette condamnation a interdit \u00e0 l&#8217;homme politique populaire de participer aux \u00e9lections pendant cinq ans.  Il est tr\u00e8s incertain que cette situation soit \u00e9galement annul\u00e9e en raison des autres accusations, car toute condamnation peut conduire \u00e0 l&#8217;exclusion politique. <\/p>\n<p>C&#8217;est la deuxi\u00e8me fois cette semaine qu&#8217;une d\u00e9cision de justice est rendue en faveur de Khan.  Les accusations de s\u00e9dition ont \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 abandonn\u00e9es lundi. <\/p>\n<p>Khan a toujours ni\u00e9 toute culpabilit\u00e9 dans l&#8217;affaire des cadeaux et avait pr\u00e9c\u00e9demment parl\u00e9, par l&#8217;interm\u00e9diaire de son avocat, d&#8217;un &#8220;compte politique&#8221;.  Selon lui, l&#8217;actuel dirigeant Shehbaz Sharif et la puissante arm\u00e9e pakistanaise conspirent contre lui.
