Dans les provinces de Maidan Wardak et de Kaboul, des rivi\u00e8res ont d\u00e9bord\u00e9 vendredi apr\u00e8s des pluies de mousson soudaines et abondantes.  Les autorit\u00e9s locales ont annonc\u00e9 dimanche le bilan des morts,  <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/timesofindia.indiatimes.com\/world\/south-asia\/12-killed-40-missing-in-afghanistan-flash-flood\/articleshow\/102053244.cms?from=mdr\" target=\"_blank\">signaler les m\u00e9dias internationaux<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;eau a emport\u00e9 des centaines de maisons.  Des dizaines de personnes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 bless\u00e9es.  Les services d&#8217;urgence recherchent toujours de nombreuses personnes disparues sous les d\u00e9combres.  Le gouvernement taliban demande aux organisations humanitaires de fournir une aide d&#8217;urgence dans les r\u00e9gions touch\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>Des hectares de terres agricoles ont \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 inond\u00e9s par les inondations.  L&#8217;Afghanistan est aux prises avec des p\u00e9nuries alimentaires et la famine depuis un certain temps.
