Un nouveau restaurant \u00e0 Kreuzberg prouve qu&#8217;il existe une autre voie.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>Le propri\u00e9taire Yann Mastantuono \u00e9tait le patron du dieu gastro Alain Ducasse \u00e0 Paris.  A Berlin, il montre ce qu&#8217;est la meilleure cuisine de bistrot du sud de la France.  Son plat le plus cher &#8211; encornets grill\u00e9s, velout\u00e9 de haricots glac\u00e9s, coppa et huile de basilic &#8211; ne co\u00fbte toujours que 30 euros.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Le visiteur de Hanovre, qui conna\u00eet bien la gastronomie (et parle fran\u00e7ais, ce qui n&#8217;est pas obligatoire ici mais un avantage), est enthousiaste.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>De l&#8217;offre pr\u00e9liminaire (&#8220;En-cas&#8221;), nous choisissons Pimientos de Padron (6 euros), salami (10 euros) et jambon (12 euros) de porc basque.  Ils aiment manger des glands.  Vous pouvez le go\u00fbter !<\/p>\n<p><strong>Excellent suivi de la joue de boeuf brais\u00e9e \u00e0 la polenta (28 euros).
