WHP Global et le d\u00e9taillant am\u00e9ricain Express Inc. ont finalis\u00e9 l’acquisition de la marque de v\u00eatements pour hommes Bonobos.<\/p>\n

Dans ce contexte, Express et la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 de gestion de la marque ont conclu un accord de licence \u00e0 long terme, a annonc\u00e9 jeudi WHP Global. Cela permet \u00e0 Express d’utiliser la propri\u00e9t\u00e9 intellectuelle acquise aupr\u00e8s de WHP Global pour exploiter l’activit\u00e9 bonobos aux \u00c9tats-Unis.<\/p>\n

\u00ab L’acquisition de Bonobos marque une \u00e9tape importante dans notre partenariat avec EXPR et ajoute une marque innovante de v\u00eatements pour hommes DTC au portefeuille de WHP Global \u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Yehuda Shmidman, PDG de WHP Global.<\/p>\n

Le portefeuille de marques de WHP Global comprend d\u00e9sormais plus de 10 marques, dont Bonobos et le d\u00e9taillant italien d’articles de sport Lotto.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
