Tamiser la farine et le sel dans un bol.  Ajouter les graisses et utiliser vos doigts pour former un m\u00e9lange friable.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">2. Ajouter le lait petit \u00e0 petit jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce que la base devienne p\u00e2teuse.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">3. Placez la p\u00e2te couverte au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur pendant 30 \u00e0 45 minutes.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">4. Saupoudrer de farine sur la table et \u00e9taler la p\u00e2te en un fond de tarte rond d&#8217;environ 0,5 cm d&#8217;\u00e9paisseur.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">5. Appuyez sur la p\u00e2te dans le moule \u00e0 tarte graiss\u00e9.  Mettre au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur encore 30 minutes, couvert.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">6. Cuire la p\u00e2te \u00e0 tarte dans un four \u00e0 190 degr\u00e9s pendant 15 minutes.  Baissez la temp\u00e9rature du four \u00e0 160 degr\u00e9s et pr\u00e9parez la garniture de tarte.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">7. M\u00e9langez le lait, la cr\u00e8me, les \u0153ufs, l&#8217;estragon et les \u00e9pices.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">8. Saupoudrer la moiti\u00e9 du fromage r\u00e2p\u00e9 sur la base, mettre les \u00e9pinards hach\u00e9s et les haricots sur le dessus.  Verser ensuite sur le m\u00e9lange \u0153ufs-lait.  Saupoudrer le reste du fromage sur le dessus.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">9.
