Feu vert d\u00e9finitif de la Chambre des d\u00e9put\u00e9s, au lendemain du oui \u00e0 la confiance, au d\u00e9cret sur la loi sur les migrants, approuv\u00e9 apr\u00e8s la trag\u00e9die de Cutro. Le texte a obtenu 179 voix pour, 11 contre et 3 abstentions. La pression exerc\u00e9e sur les migrants et les demandeurs d’asile est la loi. Il n’y a pas de changement par rapport \u00e0 la version du S\u00e9nat qui s’est resserr\u00e9e, cependant, celle d’origine du CDM, qui d’une part \u00e9largit les canaux d’immigration r\u00e9guli\u00e8re et d’autre part affecte les passeurs et les trafiquants avec le nouveau crime passible de jusqu’\u00e0 30 ans en cas de victimes, introduisant de nouvelles restrictions sur la protection sp\u00e9ciale.
