Les raisins secs apportent de la douceur \u00e0 la sauce et lorsqu&#8217;ils sont \u00e9cras\u00e9s, ils donnent \u00e0 la sauce une texture l\u00e9g\u00e8rement collante.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">Lors de la r\u00e9duction en pur\u00e9e des ingr\u00e9dients, il est important d&#8217;ajouter les ingr\u00e9dients dans le bon ordre, c&#8217;est-\u00e0-dire les liquides en premier et les raisins secs en dernier, afin qu&#8217;ils ne collent pas aux lames du m\u00e9langeur.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">Il est conseill\u00e9 de pr\u00e9parer la sauce quelques heures \u00e0 l&#8217;avance afin que les saveurs aient le temps de se d\u00e9velopper.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"subheadline\">Sauce bifteck<\/h3>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">(environ 2,5 dl de sauce finie)<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\"><em>1,2 dl de ketchup<\/em><\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\"><em>0,8 dl de sauce Worcestershire<\/em><\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\"><em>0,8 dl d&#8217;eau<\/em><\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\"><em>1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de vinaigre balsamique<\/em><\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\"><em>0,6 dl de raisins secs<\/em><\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">1.
