La p\u00e2te pour ces rouleaux n&#8217;a pas besoin d&#8217;\u00eatre p\u00e9trie longtemps, il suffit de m\u00e9langer.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"subheadline\">Petits pains<\/h3>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">5 dl d&#8217;eau<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">15 g de levure fra\u00eeche<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">7 dl de farine de bl\u00e9<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">1\u00bd dl de farine de seigle<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">1\u00bd dl de flocons d&#8217;avoine<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de sel<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">1. Dissoudre la levure dans de l&#8217;eau froide.  M\u00e9langer le reste des ingr\u00e9dients.  La p\u00e2te doit \u00eatre comme une bouillie \u00e9paisse et vous n&#8217;avez pas besoin de la p\u00e9trir plus que de la m\u00e9langer.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">2. Couvrir herm\u00e9tiquement de film alimentaire et laisser lever au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur pendant 12 \u00e0 36 heures.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">3. Avec les mains farin\u00e9es, pr\u00e9levez des boules de p\u00e2te et fa\u00e7onnez-les l\u00e9g\u00e8rement.  Placer les boules sur une plaque \u00e0 p\u00e2tisserie sur une plaque \u00e0 p\u00e2tisserie.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">4. Cuire au four \u00e0 220 degr\u00e9s pendant 25 \u00e0 35 minutes, jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce que la surface des rouleaux ait acquis une belle couleur.
