Le sp\u00e9cialiste de la vitesse a remport\u00e9 l&#8217;argent aux Championnats du monde 2005 en descente.  Dans cette discipline, elle a \u00e9galement f\u00eat\u00e9 ses deux victoires en Coupe du monde.<\/p>\n<p>La superstar am\u00e9ricaine Mikaela Shiffrin a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 en marge des Championnats du monde de ski alpin \u00e0 Courchevel et M\u00e9ribel, en France, qu&#8217;elle &#8220;n&#8217;oublierait jamais&#8221; Fanchini.<\/p>\n<p>Fanchini a \u00e9t\u00e9 en proie \u00e0 des blessures tout au long de sa carri\u00e8re, notamment aux genoux, qui, selon elle, \u00e9taient &#8220;en verre&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Elle a rat\u00e9 les Jeux olympiques d&#8217;hiver de PyeongChang 2018 et a \u00e9t\u00e9 gri\u00e8vement bless\u00e9e \u00e0 son retour plus tard cette ann\u00e9e-l\u00e0 apr\u00e8s une intervention chirurgicale pour une tumeur : elle est tomb\u00e9e \u00e0 l&#8217;entra\u00eenement et a subi une fracture du doigt, du p\u00e9ron\u00e9 et une grave contusion du genou gauche.
