Depuis quelques mois, l’ancienne cuisine trois \u00e9toiles est en activit\u00e9 : la Haute \u00e9cole sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e Vives et l’\u00e9cole h\u00f4teli\u00e8re Ter Duinen y organisent leur formation d’Arts culinaires.<\/p>\n

Cuisiner dans un emplacement privil\u00e9gi\u00e9<\/h2>\n

Cuisiner est une chose, g\u00e9rer un restaurant fait aussi partie de cette formation. Et quoi de mieux pour cela que dans un emplacement privil\u00e9gi\u00e9, c’est-\u00e0-dire \u00e0 la cuisine p\u00e9dagogique.<\/p>\n

Le chef \u00e9toil\u00e9 Geert Vanhecke, parrain de la formation, regarde cette semaine comment les \u00e9l\u00e8ves se d\u00e9brouillent dans son ancienne cuisine.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
