Jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 fin 2022, 677 enqu\u00eates sur la propri\u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9trang\u00e8re ont \u00e9t\u00e9 demand\u00e9es, rapporte le ministre flamand des Finances et du Logement Matthias Diependaele (N-VA).  Au total, 322 fraudeurs sociaux ont \u00e9t\u00e9 arr\u00eat\u00e9s.  La plupart des \u00e9tudes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 men\u00e9es au Maroc (295), en Turquie (243) et en Italie (68).  La plupart des locataires frauduleux se trouvent dans les communes mini\u00e8res du Limbourg.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p class=\"article__paragraph\">Ceux qui sont pris doivent rembourser les remises sociales sur le loyer mensuel &#8211; un montant qui monte rapidement \u00e0 plusieurs milliers d&#8217;euros.  Le fraudeur est \u00e9galement expuls\u00e9 du logement social, lib\u00e9rant une place pour une personne sur liste d&#8217;attente.  De plus, le fraudeur doit \u00e9galement payer les frais d&#8217;enqu\u00eate et de justice.  De cette fa\u00e7on, le gouvernement flamand ne se d\u00e9chire pas lors des inspections \u00e0 l&#8217;\u00e9tranger.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p class=\"article__paragraph\"><b>Voir.
