Son avocate Rachel Imamkhan le confirme apr\u00e8s avoir rapport\u00e9 <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.parool.nl\/amsterdam\/nederlander-78-die-al-39-jaar-in-de-verenigde-staten-vastzit-komt-niet-vroegtijdig-vrij~b4d6c2b0\/\" target=\"_blank\"><em>La lib\u00e9ration conditionnelle<\/em><\/a>.<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>La d\u00e9cision de ne pas lib\u00e9rer Singh plus t\u00f4t a \u00e9t\u00e9 prise lors d&#8217;une audience sp\u00e9ciale.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>Le N\u00e9erlandais a \u00e9migr\u00e9 aux \u00c9tats-Unis et est d\u00e9tenu depuis 1984.  Il a \u00e9t\u00e9 condamn\u00e9 \u00e0 56 ans de prison pour avoir ordonn\u00e9 le meurtre de sa femme et de sa fille.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>Singh et sa famille nient toute implication.  La d\u00e9claration sur laquelle se fonde sa condamnation semble \u00e9galement r\u00e9sulter d&#8217;un accord entre un t\u00e9moin cl\u00e9 et le procureur.  Le t\u00e9moin cl\u00e9 a re\u00e7u une r\u00e9duction de peine, de l&#8217;argent et une maison.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>Cependant, l&#8217;audience au cours de laquelle l&#8217;affaire a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9examin\u00e9e a \u00e9chou\u00e9.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>Selon Imamkhan, on examine actuellement si Singh, qui est en mauvaise sant\u00e9, peut \u00eatre transf\u00e9r\u00e9 aux Pays-Bas d&#8217;une autre mani\u00e8re.  Le fait que cela ne se soit pas encore produit est, selon l&#8217;avocat, le r\u00e9sultat d&#8217;un \u00ab manque de volont\u00e9 politique \u00bb.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p>Imamkhan estime que le cabinet devrait lancer une soi-disant \u00ab\u00a0proc\u00e9dure WOTS\u00a0\u00bb.  Singh peut \u00eatre amen\u00e9 aux Pays-Bas en vertu de cette loi.  Mais c&#8217;est sensible, dit l&#8217;avocat.
