Il avait 55 ans.  Son fr\u00e8re a confirm\u00e9 la nouvelle sur Facebook.  Il a \u00e9crit \u00e0 sa m\u00e9moire : &#8220;C&#8217;\u00e9tait l&#8217;un des amis les plus proches que j&#8217;aie jamais eu et je l&#8217;aimais beaucoup. Un an plus tard, Mark Lanegan a rejoint en tant que chanteur et Screaming Trees est n\u00e9.  Leur premier album CLAIRVOYANCE est sorti en 1986. Le groupe de rock psych\u00e9d\u00e9lique d&#8217;Ellensburg, Washington, s&#8217;est hiss\u00e9 dans le top 10 des palmar\u00e8s am\u00e9ricains de rock moderne &#8220;Billboard&#8221; avec des chansons comme &#8220;Nearly Lost You&#8221; et &#8220;All I Know&#8221;.  En 2000, le groupe se s\u00e9pare.
