Le d\u00e9taillant de luxe LuisaViaRoma ouvrira son premier magasin international \u00e0 New York l’ann\u00e9e prochaine.<\/p>\n

L’entreprise, qui a commenc\u00e9 avec un magasin \u00e0 Florence, en Italie, a maintenant une activit\u00e9 mondiale de commerce \u00e9lectronique aux c\u00f4t\u00e9s de sa boutique phare. La soci\u00e9t\u00e9 fait partie du portefeuille de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 de capital-investissement Style Capital, qui exploite \u00e9galement Zimmermann et MSGM.<\/p>\n

LuisaViaRoma ouvrira un magasin sur Bond Street \u00e0 Manhattan dans le quartier NoHo. Ce sera le deuxi\u00e8me emplacement du d\u00e9taillant apr\u00e8s l’ouverture du premier magasin en 1929.<\/p>\n

L’ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re, Style Capital a acquis une participation de 40 % dans LuisaViaRoma pour 130 millions d’euros. En 2020, l’entreprise de distribution a r\u00e9alis\u00e9 un chiffre d’affaires de 230 millions d’euros. Au moment de l’acquisition, la PDG de Style Capital, Roberta Benaglia, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 que l’expansion de l’empreinte internationale du d\u00e9taillant \u00e9tait l’une de ses principales priorit\u00e9s.<\/p>\n
