La personne en question s&#8217;est comport\u00e9e de &#8220;mani\u00e8re tr\u00e8s inacceptable&#8221; envers un r\u00e9sident. Apr\u00e8s avoir \u00e9tabli les faits, elle a donc d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de mettre fin \u00e0 l&#8217;emploi imm\u00e9diatement&#8221;, a rapport\u00e9 la Healthcare Company dans un communiqu\u00e9 de presse jeudi soir. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"article__component article__component--paragraph\">\n<p class=\"article__paragraph\">La soci\u00e9t\u00e9 de la ville d&#8217;Anvers, qui propose une large gamme de services de soins r\u00e9sidentiels aux seniors anversois, ne donne pas plus de pr\u00e9cisions.  &#8220;Nous respectons la demande de la famille de traiter l&#8217;affaire avec la plus grande discr\u00e9tion.&#8221; <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"article__component article__component--paragraph\">\n<p class=\"article__paragraph\">L&#8217;Antwerp Care Company indique qu&#8217;elle s&#8217;est imm\u00e9diatement constitu\u00e9e partie civile dans l&#8217;affaire. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p><!-- article\/components\/subheader.html --><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"article__subheader\">Pas la premi\u00e8re fois <\/h2>\n<p><!-- \/ article\/components\/subheader.html -->\n<\/p>\n<div class=\"article__component article__component--paragraph\">\n<p class=\"article__paragraph\">Ce n&#8217;est pas la premi\u00e8re fois que les employ\u00e9s de Zorgbedrijf Antwerpen vont trop loin.  Il y a trois ans, cinq employ\u00e9s du centre de soins r\u00e9sidentiels &#8216;t Zand \u00e0 Anvers ont \u00e9t\u00e9 licenci\u00e9s sur-le-champ parce qu&#8217;ils partageaient des vid\u00e9os et des photos des r\u00e9sidents \u00e2g\u00e9s dans un groupe Whatsapp.  Les images montraient, entre autres, comment une personne \u00e2g\u00e9e avec un chiffon sur la t\u00eate a \u00e9t\u00e9 soudainement surprise.  Un membre du personnel a lev\u00e9 le rideau et a cri\u00e9 &#8220;Peek-a-boo&#8221;.  Dans une autre vid\u00e9o, une personne \u00e2g\u00e9e marmonnait dans son sommeil.
