L&#8217;association et son avocat Horst Kletke ont confirm\u00e9 mercredi un rapport correspondant du journal &#8220;Bild&#8221; au &#8220;SID&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Le d\u00e9linquant a achet\u00e9 sa boisson en toute l\u00e9galit\u00e9 et le club n&#8217;\u00e9tait pas responsable du crime&#8221;, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Kletke, se r\u00e9f\u00e9rant aux r\u00e8gles juridiques et proc\u00e9durales de la F\u00e9d\u00e9ration allemande de football (DFB)\u00a0: &#8220;C&#8217;est pourquoi le match doit \u00eatre r\u00e9p\u00e9t\u00e9.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Le paragraphe 18, point quatre stipule : &#8220;Si un match national est arr\u00eat\u00e9 pr\u00e9matur\u00e9ment sans faute d&#8217;aucune des \u00e9quipes, il doit \u00eatre r\u00e9p\u00e9t\u00e9 au m\u00eame endroit. Si une \u00e9quipe ou son club ou les deux clubs sont responsables de l&#8217;arr\u00eat du match, le le jeu appartient aux coupables avec 0-2 buts perdus, aux innocents avec 2-0 buts gagn\u00e9s.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Vendredi soir, l&#8217;arbitre assistant Christian Gittelmann a \u00e9t\u00e9 touch\u00e9 \u00e0 la t\u00eate en marge depuis l&#8217;un des premiers rangs par une chope de bi\u00e8re remplie.  La rencontre a d&#8217;abord \u00e9t\u00e9 interrompue apr\u00e8s pr\u00e8s de 70 minutes, puis s&#8217;est arr\u00eat\u00e9e.  La police enqu\u00eate sur des voies de fait graves.<\/p>\n<p>La commission de contr\u00f4le de la DFB a \u00e9galement ouvert des investigations.  Le terrain de sport de la DFB d\u00e9cide du classement du jeu et d&#8217;une \u00e9ventuelle sanction.  Lorsqu&#8217;une chope de bi\u00e8re a frapp\u00e9 un juge de touche il y a onze ans, le FC St. Pauli a \u00e9t\u00e9 condamn\u00e9 \u00e0 un match fant\u00f4me.
