Parce que je l&#8217;ai connu en 1988 par l&#8217;interm\u00e9diaire des Traveling Wilburys, je l&#8217;ai suivi sur son album solo folk-pop &#8220;Full Moon Fever&#8221; produit par Jeff Lynne, la suite pas moins \u00e9lectro-luminescente &#8220;Into The Great Wide Open &#8221; au prochain album solo, la plaque de c\u0153ur &#8220;Wildflowers&#8221; et le sombre &#8220;Echoes&#8221; \u00e0 l&#8217;h\u00e9ro\u00efne.<\/p>\n<aside class=\"ph-article-related ph-article-body-inline\">\n<h3 class=\"ph-article-related-title\">Recommandation de l&#8217;\u00e9diteur<\/h3>\n<\/aside>\n<p>Mais rien de tout cela n&#8217;avait quoi que ce soit \u00e0 voir avec ce que j&#8217;ai vu sur sc\u00e8ne en septembre 1999 : un groupe de garage rock psych\u00e9d\u00e9lique jouant des reprises de Them, the Ventures, John Lee Hooker et Traffic, s&#8217;amusant tellement, sonnant si spontan\u00e9 et ivre, que le l&#8217;immense General Motors Place de Vancouver est devenu une sorte de salon prolong\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Tom Petty &amp; The Heartbreakers - The Fillmore House Band - 1997 (Short Film Part 1)\" width=\"640\" height=\"360\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/bBSGzoYlQys?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Aucun album studio de Petty n&#8217;a jamais captur\u00e9 cette magie.  Le nouveau coffret de six LP &#8220;Live At The Fillmore&#8221; est tr\u00e8s proche, avec des enregistrements d&#8217;une tourn\u00e9e de 1997 des Heartbreakers dans la salle l\u00e9gendaire de San Francisco.
