Mais m\u00eame en semaine, il n&#8217;est jamais vide dans le centre commercial chic.  Au cours de la premi\u00e8re ann\u00e9e suivant son ouverture officielle en mars 2021, le Mall a attir\u00e9 13 millions de visiteurs, alors que 12 millions \u00e9taient attendus.  Le taux d&#8217;occupation des immeubles commerciaux d\u00e9passe les 94 %, un chiffre dont de nombreux centres commerciaux ne peuvent que r\u00eaver.
