Il combine deux favoris \u00e9ternels : la sauce \u00e0 la viande hach\u00e9e et les spaghettis.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">Le chef de Pippuri.fi <strong>Risto Mikkola<\/strong> vous rappelle que les restes de la veille peuvent faire de la bonne nourriture.  Lui aussi.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">&#8211; J&#8217;ai fait un gros lot de sauce \u00e0 la viande hach\u00e9e et de spaghettis.  Il restait les deux, alors le lendemain, je les ai combin\u00e9s dans un plat allant au four et j&#8217;ai ajout\u00e9 du bacon et du fromage r\u00e2p\u00e9.  Tout le monde a de nouveau aim\u00e9 la nouvelle nourriture, dit Mikkola et continue :<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">&#8211; C&#8217;est un joli plat \u00e0 offrir, par exemple, lors de d\u00eeners.  La grande casserole est au milieu de la table et les gens se rassemblent autour pour manger et parler.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"subheadline\">Casserole de spaghettis \u00e0 la viande hach\u00e9e<\/h3>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">400 g de boeuf hach\u00e9<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe d&#8217;huile d&#8217;olive<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">1 oignon hach\u00e9<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">4 gousses d&#8217;ail, tranch\u00e9es<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">400 g de tomates concass\u00e9es<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">1 dl de basilic frais hach\u00e9<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de sel<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">3 dl d&#8217;eau<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">250 g de sauce alimentaire et dip Koskenlaskija<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">1 cube de bouillon<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">500 g de spaghettis<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">100 g de fromage r\u00e2p\u00e9<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">1. Cuire les spaghettis jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce qu&#8217;ils soient al dente et rincer \u00e0 l&#8217;eau froide.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">2. Faire revenir la viande hach\u00e9e et les oignons dans l&#8217;huile d&#8217;olive.  Ajouter la pur\u00e9e de tomates, l&#8217;eau et les \u00e9pices \u00e0 la viande et aux oignons.  Porter \u00e0 \u00e9bullition et baisser le feu.  Laisser mijoter doucement en remuant de temps en temps pendant environ 20 minutes.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">3. Ajouter le Koskenlaskija et le basilic.  Donnez \u00e0 Pori encore 5 minutes.  V\u00e9rifiez le go\u00fbt.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph\">4.
