L&#8217;artiste qui pr\u00e9tendait avoir des dibs sur le titre de la chanson &#8220;All I Want For Christmas Is You&#8221; a retir\u00e9 son action en justice pour atteinte aux droits d&#8217;auteur.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pierre Andy <\/strong>&#8211; mieux connu sous son nom de sc\u00e8ne <strong>Vince Vance <\/strong>&#8211; avait poursuivi Mariah et le co-auteur de sa chanson, <strong>Walter Afanasieff<\/strong>, en juin.  Il avait affirm\u00e9 qu&#8217;ils avaient enfreint ses droits d&#8217;auteur parce qu&#8217;il <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/youtu.be\/w8HWHd0EYJA\" target=\"_blank\">a \u00e9crit une chanson avec exactement le m\u00eame titre<\/a> cinq ans avant que Mariah ne lance son classique de No\u00ebl.  Il avait r\u00e9clam\u00e9 20 millions de dollars de dommages et int\u00e9r\u00eats. <\/p>\n<p><em><a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.billboard.com\/pro\/mariah-carey-all-i-want-for-christmas-is-you-copyright-case-dropped\/\" target=\"_blank\">Panneau d&#8217;affichage<\/a> <\/em>rapporte que les avocats repr\u00e9sentant Stone ont demand\u00e9 mardi de rejeter volontairement le proc\u00e8s. On ne savait pas comment l&#8217;affaire se serait d\u00e9roul\u00e9e devant le tribunal.<\/p>\n<p>Il convient \u00e9galement de noter que m\u00eame si Mariah poss\u00e8de la version la plus populaire de &#8220;All I Want For Christmas Is You&#8221;, il existe des dizaines d&#8217;autres chansons utilisant le m\u00eame titre exact enregistr\u00e9es aupr\u00e8s du US Copyright Office.<\/p>\n<p>Les repr\u00e9sentants de Stone ni de Mariah ont comment\u00e9 la question juridique.<\/p>\n<p>Copyright \u00a9 2022, ABC Audio.
