Alison Loehnis a \u00e9t\u00e9 nomm\u00e9e PDG par int\u00e9rim \u00e0 compter du 31 octobre, selon un communiqu\u00e9.  Loehnis a rejoint Net-A-Porter en 2007 et a \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9sident des plateformes Net-A-Porter, Mr Porter et The Outnet depuis la fusion de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 avec Yoox en 2015.<\/p>\n<p>Loehnis doit maintenant occuper son nouveau poste de PDG par int\u00e9rim jusqu&#8217;au changement de propri\u00e9taire, qui a d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9cid\u00e9.  Le groupe suisse Compagnie Financi\u00e8re Richemont SA (Richemont) a annonc\u00e9 en ao\u00fbt qu&#8217;il vendrait sa participation majoritaire dans Ynap.  Selon un accord, la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 de commerce \u00e9lectronique Farfetch Ltd.  acquiert une participation de 47,5 % et l&#8217;homme d&#8217;affaires bas\u00e9 \u00e0 Duba\u00ef Mohamed Alabbar acquiert une participation de 3,2 % par l&#8217;interm\u00e9diaire de sa soci\u00e9t\u00e9 d&#8217;investissement Symphony Global.<\/p>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s la cl\u00f4ture des deux transactions, qui est attendue au plus tard fin 2023, un nouveau PDG permanent d&#8217;Ynap sera nomm\u00e9, a annonc\u00e9 la soci\u00e9t\u00e9.
