Marc Caluwaerts, habitant du quartier : \u00ab Zwevegem a d\u00e9j\u00e0 tr\u00e8s peu d’espaces verts, avec des appartements qui le seraient encore moins. Alors que c’est une opportunit\u00e9 de r\u00e9aliser un peu plus de verdure. Une deuxi\u00e8me raison est que beaucoup de gens \u00e0 Zwevegem ont aussi un lien affectif avec le Koetshuis.”<\/p>\n

Le maire souligne \u00e0 nouveau qu’aucun arbre n’est tu\u00e9 et que le parc s’agrandit \u00e9galement. Marc Doutreluingne, maire de Zwevegem : \u00ab Nous pr\u00e9voyons une revalorisation et un agrandissement du parc municipal en incorporant le grand jardin de Velghe. Il peut y avoir un bloc r\u00e9sidentiel de huit \u00e9tages. Cela d\u00e9pend de tout promoteur de projet ou des propri\u00e9taires. peut s’il n’y a pas ou une perspicacit\u00e9 minimale et \u00e9galement aucune ombre.
