La banque d&#8217;Etat Belfius n&#8217;a-t-elle pas envoy\u00e9 un signal inqui\u00e9tant ?  Ne sont-ils pas assis l\u00e0 avec une dette inqui\u00e9tante ?  Avec un d\u00e9ficit budg\u00e9taire exceptionnel de plusieurs milliards d&#8217;euros ?  Si \u00e7a marche, c&#8217;est gr\u00e2ce aux astuces budg\u00e9taires bien connues du forum.  Filtrer les co\u00fbts de reconstruction apr\u00e8s les inondations et les co\u00fbts corona et hocus pocus\u00a0: un \u00e9quilibre.  C&#8217;est une forme d&#8217;auto-tromperie.
