Il y aura \u00e9galement des immeubles locatifs dans la Schietbaanstraat et la Verstellestraat.  En plus des soixante appartements locatifs, il y aura \u00e9galement treize maisons locatives.<\/p>\n<h2>Nouvel entrepreneur<\/h2>\n<p>Le projet de construction a d\u00e9marr\u00e9 en 2018. Mais en 2019, les travaux se sont arr\u00eat\u00e9s en raison d&#8217;une proc\u00e9dure judiciaire avec l&#8217;entrepreneur.  Un nouvel entrepreneur vient d&#8217;\u00eatre nomm\u00e9 et peut donc reprendre les travaux.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Nous comprenons que cette situation a \u00e9galement eu un impact sur le quartier&#8221;, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 le pr\u00e9sident Quinten Goekint.  Les habitants du Vuurtorenwijk ont \u200b\u200bdonc d\u00fb patienter pendant que la cour \u00e9tait d\u00e9serte.
