Le niveau d&#8217;eau de la Meuse monte et descend rapidement en raison de la gestion des d\u00e9versoirs en Belgique, qui est \u00e9galement tr\u00e8s sec, pr\u00e9vient Rijkswaterstaat.  Mais comme le niveau d&#8217;eau de la Meuse est r\u00e9gul\u00e9 par des barrages, il reste suffisamment d&#8217;eau pour la navigation.
